Mark a location online, busy, or paused and communicate temporary delays.

| Mode | Meaning |
|---|---|
online | The location is accepting orders normally. |
busy | The location is accepting orders with extra preparation time. |
paused | The location is temporarily not accepting orders. |
extra_preparation_time is the number of extra minutes added in busy mode. reason is a human-readable explanation. In busy and paused modes, the reason is passed to the chatbot so it can explain the situation to the customer.

PATCH preserves omitted fields. When returning to online, set the mode and explicitly reset temporary values when they no longer apply:
