# Users
> Invite your team to the dashboard, with the right level of access: admin or staff.
The **Users** page lets you invite your team members to the dashboard, each with the right level of access.
## The two roles
* **Admin**: full access. Orders, conversations, refunds, menus, promotions, campaigns, settings, finances — everything.
* **Staff**: read-only operations. A staff member can **view orders and conversations**, but cannot issue refunds, change settings, or touch the finances.
## What it is for
Granting just the right access: your **manager** as admin to run the restaurant day to day, the floor or kitchen team as staff to follow incoming orders during service — without risking a wrong move on a refund or a setting.
## Inviting a member
From the Users page, invite the person with their email address and choose their role. They receive an invitation and set up their access.
When in doubt, start with staff access: you can always upgrade the person to
admin later.
