The Finances page shows your finances in real time: what your customers paid, what is pending on your payment account, and what has been transferred to your bank account.

Payments

Payments made by your customers are collected on your payment account (Stripe or Yavin, depending on your setup). You see them come in order after order, including meal vouchers.

Available balance

The available balance is the money accumulated on your payment account before it is transferred to your bank account: collected payments that have not been paid out yet.

Transfers

The Transfers tab lists the payouts from your payment account to your own bank account, with their date and status. You can also change the payout frequency to match how you manage your cash flow.

Recent activity

Recent activity shows the latest movements with their dates and statuses, so you can check at a glance that everything is on track. A Refresh button, on the right, updates the page on demand.
A refund issued on an order shows up here: it is deducted from your balance before the next payout. See Managing orders.
