These settings determine how your location absorbs incoming orders.

Average preparation time

The preparation time announced to your customers and used to organize delivery or pickup. Adjust it to the reality of your kitchen: a realistic time means customers who are told the truth, and couriers who do not wait.

Multiple concurrent orders

Allows (or not) the same customer to have several open orders at the same time. Useful, for example, for a customer ordering for the office in several rounds.

Pausing orders

Independently of these settings, you can temporarily mark the location as overwhelmed or pause orders during a rush: order intake adjusts without touching your opening hours. The button is available in two places: here, in Order management, and directly in the Orders tab (Managing orders), at the top right, right next to the date selector — handy to trigger it mid-service without leaving the orders screen.
